The Challenge

Isimat University was processing student applications manually — printing forms, entering data by hand, and sending enrollment confirmations via individual emails. During peak enrollment periods, the administrative load was overwhelming.

The Solution

Built a complete digital enrollment system: online application form connected to n8n, automatic data validation and deduplication, student profile creation in a custom Airtable CRM, automated acceptance/rejection email sequences, and a dashboard for admissions staff to review and approve applications.
