CoreLead is a B2B lead generation and outreach platform I built solo. Most lead tools sell you a database and charge per contact — CoreLead works the other way round: you define who you're looking for, it finds and enriches those companies from public sources, and the outreach goes out through your own inbox, so you keep your sending reputation and your relationships. You paste one company URL, Gemini reads the site and writes your ideal customer profile, and three engines then fill the list: an AI lead finder, a local business finder backed by Google Maps and OpenStreetMap, and a job-signals scraper that surfaces companies actively hiring. Every lead is enriched with publicly available contact data and scored 0–100 against your ICP, so you reach out to the best fit first instead of guessing.
The Challenge
Most lead tools sell a static database and charge per contact, then push outreach through shared infrastructure that quietly burns your sending reputation. The goal here was the opposite: let a user describe their ideal customer once, build a fresh, scored list from public sources on demand, and send from the user's own inbox so deliverability and relationships stay with them — all without holding any contact data that isn't already public.
The Solution
CoreLead turns a single company URL into a full pipeline. Gemini reads the site and drafts the ideal customer profile, then three engines fill the list: an AI lead finder, a local-business finder backed by Google Maps and OpenStreetMap, and a job-signals scraper that surfaces companies actively hiring. Every lead is enriched with publicly available contact data and scored 0–100 against the ICP, so the best-fit companies surface first. Users connect their own SMTP/IMAP accounts; sending is rate-limited and replies come back to a unified inbox. If a contact's details aren't public, CoreLead doesn't have them.
